Mystic Ramen is a truly exceptional dining experience. The high ratings are well-deserved! The menu boasts high-quality dishes, and I highly recommend adding an egg to any bowl – it’s the perfect accompaniment.
We tried the popular Tantanmen, and while it was decent, the broth wasn’t quite to our liking. The gluten-free version of the Tantanmen was well-executed, showcasing the restaurant’s excellent understanding of dietary restrictions.
The Unagi Don was delicious, though the portion size might be considered small by some. The Vegan Tamari or Vegan Spicy Miso (I can’t recall which we ordered) was also very enjoyable.
While the food was excellent, it’s the service that truly sets Mystic Ramen apart. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive, providing a level of service that is truly exceptional.
